Our supply chain is based on a continual review of our business and our future targets. Continual consultation with our sub-contractors and suppliers enables us to ensure competitive pricing whilst maintaining a high quality product.
Supply chain diversity is helping us meet our corporate social responsibility objectives, improve engagement with ethnic minority communities, and help our clients to meet their own objectives.
We regularly attend ‘Meet the Buyers’ events to raise awareness and encourage small, local, diverse businesses to partner with us. We offer practical advice to our suppliers, encouraging them to actively promote equality and diversity and monitor the diverse make-up of their staff, as we do.
Partnering with women and ethnic minority businesses is not only the right thing to do, it’s the smart thing to do.
