Lakehouse has been in the marketplace for more than two decades. During this time we have forged long term relationships with our customers and supply chain partners, enabling us to develop a collaborative approach. Without a doubt, the delivery of consistent high quality standards via our supply chain, and continued emphasis on outstanding customer focus has helped us to retain business.

By focusing on learning from projects, and measuring customer satisfaction, we can continue to improve both our service and the experiences of our customers. The introduction of a new customer relationship management process, and greater involvement from Board members and senior management, has brought real benefits for customers, and the continuous development of our resident liaison process has raised the level of satisfaction among end users. In 2010 Lakehouse was recognised with a London Excellence Award for Customer Focus.
