New Build

Lakehouse’s New Build Division was set up over a decade ago and we have continually undertaken projects, ranging from £50K up to around £7M.

Much of this work has been in the education sector, for schools, sports halls, children’s centres and nurseries, including complex projects where functionality is the prime objective.

As an experienced design and build contractor we can assist in the development of designs, to ensure the final product is delivered in an efficient and cost effective manner.

Close collaboration with clients, consultants, the supply chain and specialist sub-contractors enables us to deliver high quality buildings on time and with cost certainty.
