Regeneration programmes make a significant contribution to environmental improvement. At Lakehouse we are committed to any initiatives that help to address physical, economic and social problems.

Transforming any neighbourhood can make a real difference to people’s lives and is therefore very rewarding for us too. We have undertaken various environmental improvements, including lighting, landscaping and security, for the benefit of the communities where we have worked.
