Our Land and Development team works closely with registered social landlords to deliver land and build packages, assisting them to achieve their Housing Corporation targets.

Lakehouse is keen to purchase greenfield and brownfield sites for residential development. Our aim is to work closely with our resident social landlord clients in the provision of much needed affordable housing in Greater London, the Homes Counties and the South East, our key operational areas.

An off the shelf and street property acquisition service is also available to help registered social landlords achieve their end of year unit targets and recycled grant funding spend.
