More than ten years’ ago, Lakehouse formed a specific division to cater for the growing demand for design and build. In addition to our extensive practical experience we have the technical expertise of in-house design and build co-ordinators, many of whom have a background in architecture.

We undertake a variety of projects, ranging in value from £50K up to £7M, in the education, health, community and affordable housing sectors.

Our integrated solution provides clients with the benefit of increased accountability, single source project delivery and value based project feedback.
