Whether a new kitchen or bathroom, replacement windows or electrical rewire, at Lakehouse we never lose sight of the fact that we are working in someone’s home.

The utmost care is taken to keep any disruption to a minimum and allow residents to get on with their daily lives, worry free. Throughout the improvement works they are supported by our Resident Liaison Officers who provide a friendly face whenever the residents need help, involving them in the decision making process and providing regular updates on progress.

We currently manage a number of successful Decent Homes projects with registered social landlords, including CityWest Homes, East Thames Group, London Borough of Camden, Newham Homes, Richmond Housing Partnership, Rother Homes and Russet Homes.
