Buildings and facilities need regular maintenance to ensure they remain in good condition. At Lakehouse we offer a complete internal and external repair, maintenance and redecoration service to registered social landlords and those in the commercial sector.

Our service extends to the restoration and preservation of prestigious, historic and listed buildings where high standards of craftsmanship and quality finish are paramount. This same degree of care and attention is applied to all cyclical works contracts.

We currently manage a number of successful cyclical programmes for a range of clients including the East Thames Group, London Borough of Camden and Richmond Housing Partnership.
