Lakehouse has experienced considerable growth in this sector in the past 12 months, approximately 122%. We work predominantly within occupied homes, and carry out a mixture of Decent Homes, Better Homes, and External Works projects through both framework and one off contracts. We have extensive experience of delivering projects under a wide variety of contracts including NEC, PPC2000, TPC2005 and JCT, with values ranging from £400k - £35m.
Lakehouse is proud of its directly employed project delivery teams, made up of Senior Contracts Managers, Contracts Managers, Quantity Surveyors, Site Managers, Site Supervisors, Resident Liaison Officers and Administrators. Together we provide a bespoke service to each and every one of our clients. We also have a number of projects where we have employed trade operatives on both full time and apprenticeship contracts.
Lakehouse has achieved a number of high profile awards in the past two years including a Constructing Excellence Award for 'Customer Satisfaction', a London Excellence Award for 'Making Partnerships Work', and a Lord Mayor's Dragon Award for 'Economic Regeneration'.
