The measurement of performance management is vital to successful contract delivery and enables us to continually improve our service, against measured industry standards and individual client targets.
At Lakehouse we measure performance in a number of ways, primarily through mutually agreed Industry Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), which consistently track the effect of partnering on time, cost and quality.
We have access to other industry professionals through the National Construction Benchmarking Forum (NCBF) with whom we compare performance and share ideas. Benchmarking has helped us to focus further on improvement and delivery of a quality product; these are key to the successful delivery of any project.
By using KPIs we can identify areas in our production and management processes that may require attention or additional resource. We welcome the opportunity to formally demonstrate continual improvement.
