South East Consortium Internal and External Building Works Framework
Lakehouse has been awarded this four year framework, worth £117M in total. SEC has 16 members and manages over 74,000 homes.
The framework involves internal refurbishment works, including new kitchens and bathrooms; external repairs and improvements; maintenance and improvement to external envelopes including walls, roofs and rainwater goods; and external works to fencing and hard landscaped areas.
