Lakehouse has been awarded a four year framework, valued between £15M and £30M per annum, for new build and refurbishment projects.

The framework involves construction, and mechanical and electrical engineering works, potentially in the whole of the East Region but will commence in the more southerly county areas of Hertfordshire and Essex, the key operational areas for Lakehouse.
