Lakehouse is one of only two successful partners to be awarded the three year framework for Saxon Weald Homes, based in Horsham, West Sussex. Lakehouse has been allocated borough wide kitchen and bathroom modernisations in the north of Horsham. 

Saxon Weald Homes own and manage more than 5,700 properties across Sussex and Hampshire, including general needs, retirement and shared ownership homes.
