Lakehouse has been awarded Poplar HARCA's Decent Homes Framework, worth approximately £5M per annum for a period of three years.

Works are scheduled for the East India Estate, which includes the iconic Balfron and Carradale Towers designed by architect Erno Goldfinger, both listed buildings. The regeneration of the area started around a year ago with a £100M cash injection from Poplar HARCA.
