Lakehouse was rated highest out of the five contractors selected for this significant refurbishment and modernisation programme, worth £35M per annum.

The proposed work in this programme covers approximately 1,500 houses which are largely pre-1940, non-purpose built. The programme includes internal modernisation works and the maintenance and repair of the external elements. Some properties may also require alteration to internal layouts or the construction of extensions.
