Lakehouse is delighted to have been appointed on a new build and refurbishment framework for CityWest Homes (CWH) named Frameworx. The company tendered for seven out of eight lots and was successful in every category.

Over the next 3-5 years CWH intends to build approximately 534 new or repaired/remodelled or refurbished dwellings on up to 13 sites across the City of Westminster. The prospective projects are diverse - they may consist of individual new build, repair, refurbishment and remodelling projects - and dispersed across the city.

Each framework will run for a maximum of four years.
