London Development Agency's RE:NEW Framework

Lakehouse is a framework partner for the London Development Agency's RE:NEW (formerly known as the Homes Energy Efficiency Programme - HEEP), set up in order to meet London's domestic carbon reduction targets and reduce fuel poverty.

Contracts will govern the delivery of energy and water efficiency measures to London's homes on an area-based approach. The framework agreement will be made available to the following buyers:

  • 33 London local authorities
  • London sub regional housing partnerships
  • Social housing providers and ALMOs that have properties in London

Service provision will include the procurement, management and installation of a range of 'easy' measures, as well as wider energy efficient measures.
