Lakehouse is one of only two partners to be awarded this £413m framework for the London Borough of Camden, making thousands of Camden residents a step closer to having vital repairs and improvements for their homes.

Work is due to commence in Autumn 2008 and Lakehouse will be responsible for borough wide electrical work and decent homes in the south, covering everything from fitting new windows, kitchens and bathrooms to upgrading wiring.

The contract will initially run for a period of five years with an option to extend for an additional five years.
