Lakehouse has been appointed a partner for Estuary Housing Association’s Development Framework, valued at around £2million per annum. It is estimated that approximately 100 units will be developed per year during the four year agreement.

The framework will cover the provision of affordable rented accommodation, specialist and supported housing, low cost home ownerships, key worker accommodation, some major refurbishment, and homes for outright sale.
