Lakehouse has won a place on Lot 4 of Dorset County Council's £95million Repairs and Maintenance and Minor Works Framework. Lot 4 will cover projects between £250k and £1million, providing a service across Bournemouth, Christchurch, East Dorset, Poole, Purbeck, North Dorset, West Dorset, Weymouth and Portland.

The 3 year framework has an option to extend for a further year.
