Lakehouse has been awarded the City University Framework (Lot 4), worth £1.5M per annum. The duration of the framework is 3 years and works will include painting and decorating, scaffolding/access, glazing/cladding, demolition, landscaping, roofing, electrical, flooring and mechanical fabrication.
