Recognition for regional office, from Richmond Education Business Partnership

In July 2010 Lakehouse was recognised by Richmond Education Business Partnership for its contribution towards education in the local area. Partnership Manager Helen Keaton, who manages our Richmond office, joined the mayor of Richmond, Councillor David Marlow, other local employers, and young people, for the celebratory event at the town hall in Twickenham.

Lakehouse has been involved in numerous activities, ranging from a customer service presentation to students at Hampton Community College, to presentations to three local schools on careers in construction. Earlier in the year Site Manager John Bennett invited students from Orleans Park School on a site tour, setting up practical tasks to enable the students to try their hand at a range of construction tasks.

Lakehouse continues to work with Richmond Education Business Partnership to help prepare local young people for employability and adult life.
