Construction Marketing Awards 2010 - best use of internal communications
Lakehouse has been announced winner of 'best use of internal communications' at the Construction Marketing Awards, which were held on 2 December at the Waldorf Hilton Hotel in London.
This year, with a record number of entries, the quality was higher than ever. The awards exist to provide invaluable recognition of the work carried out by marketing teams within the construction industry, acknowledging their essential role in building and growing the companies they represent. Lakehouse's focus has been on creating a feeling of inclusion among a geographically disparate workforce. It's the first year that we have entered these awards, so we are thrilled to receive recognition from the Chartered Institute of Marketing.
The judges wanted to see consistency and and a clear long term commitment to an internal communications strategy. They commented that Lakehouse had "an evolving and dynamic programme; a fully integrated internal communications strategy and plan which goes across the whole of the company and involves all employees."
