
Woolwich school awarded runner up for Design and Innovation

Pellings has announced recent successes at the prestigious London Regional RICS Awards which took place at the Greenwich Maritime Museum on Thursday 10 May. The Awards celebrate the achievements of property professionals and how their skills help to develop, regenerate and conserve the environment in which they live and work.
The St. Mary Magdalene Church of England School in Woolwich was awarded Runner up spot in the Design and Innovation category. The category included 25 London buildings ranging from residential developments to large-scale shopping centres. Pellings acted as Lead Architect and Project Manager on the new 2FE school and Lakehouse as main contractor.
