Lakehouse awarded £2M contract with Hertfordshire County Council

This £2M project awarded to Lakehouse by Hertfordshire County Council will see the design and construction of a new single storey eight classroom block. Modular construction is to be used, including a full sprinkler system with a covered link corridor to the existing school.

External works to increase the area of parking along with the addition of a new turning circle. Additional junior and reception hard play areas, fencing, soft and hard landscaping. This project was procured through the SMARTE East Framework and will be managed by James Kemp at the Romford office.

The contract is expected to run for 26 weeks starting on 18 June 2012, and finishing on 17 December 2012.
