Family Mosaic unveils first show home at Colne Drive, Havering
15 Feb 2012
Lakehouse’s first show home for a £2million Family Mosaic development in Colne Drive, Havering, was unveiled at the weekend, and the first applicants were allowed through the door to take a good look around.
The collection of fifteen family houses, eight for shared ownership and seven for rent, are all being built to Code for Sustainable Homes Level 3. The high quality specification reflects the calibre of the new homes, and internally the new show home is stylish and spacious, with clean lines and plenty of light.
Colin Marshall, Commercial and Technical Director – Development said: “It is particularly pleasing to be able to display our first show home, a significant milestone in the evolution of Lakehouse Development. Thanks to all involved in this successful development, particularly our site manager Paul Johnson. Keep up the good work.”
Jill Gundry, Senior Project Manager – Development, for Family Mosaic said: “I am very pleased with the standard of the show home. There were minimal snags and the unit is beautifully presented. Hopefully this will ensure purchaser interest and early sales.”
