Lakehouse has been successfully appointed by Phoenix Community Housing as one of only two contractors to undertake the Major Works Framework; with Lakehouse being solely awarded £14m worth of works alone.

Works awarded include roof repairs and renewals, concrete repairs, external repairs and decorations, window replacements and landscaping works to over 1,200 tenanted and leasehold properties throughout the London Borough of Lewisham. Mobilisation is due to begin in February 2012.
