Lakehouse has successfully achieved a place on the LHC Pitched Roofing Framework, having been appointed to all four lots, which include London, South East, South West and East of England.

Work includes the supply and installation of pitched roof coverings, associated components, roof repairs, structural repairs and other associated pitched roof works to both housing and education properties. The £1m framework will run for an initial two years, with options to extend to a further third and fourth. Works will be awarded through both mini-competition and direct award.
