Lakehouse has secured the contract for the design and construction of new bungalows at Hambledown Road, under a London Borough of Greenwich framework. The project is worth £802k.

The development is located on a redundant park area and therefore involves the remediation of the site, the provision of new infrastructure along with the construction of seven dwellings of traditional construction to Code for Sustainable Homes level 4.
