CHA Ventures, a non-charitable subsidiary of One Housing Group, has awarded Lakehouse a four year framework for construction of mixed-use housing developments as well as the development of related community facilities. Projects on this framework will be worth up to £5million.

One Housing Group includes three housing associations: Community HA, Toynbee Ha and Island Homes HA. The Group manages over 12,000 homes in 26 local authorities across London and adjacent counties and has over 2,700 homes in the development pipeline.

The Group aims to deliver starts on site of around 600 units per annum; the mix, size and location of schemes will vary but it is expected that these will include affordable housing, housing for private sale and extra care schemes.
