23 Jun 2010

We are delighted to announce that the London Borough of Enfield has awarded Lakehouse a contract worth over £2million, to expand Firs Farm Primary School, in Palmers Green. Most of the work will focus around the construction of a 925m square Early Years Centre, constructed with a steel frame, large cavity walls, profiled sheet roofing and timber/aluminium windows, all specified to achieve high energy performance.

In addition Lakehouse will construct a new build remote plant room (50m square), including new electrical intake position, and alteration works including the remodelling of the existing staff room. Work will be undertaken whilst the school remains fully operational.
