Haringey Council has confirmed acceptance of Lakehouse's tender for a Minor Works Framework. Confirmation of the award is imminent, subject to the usual standstill period. The duration of the framework agreements will be two years, with the option to extend for up to two further years, ending around April 2014.

Construction works to various council properties will include:

• General building work
• General refurbishment work
• Adaptations
• Remodelling
• Extensions
• Small office refurbishments / fit out
• Internal and external decorations
• Repairs
