Lakehouse awaiting contract award of two Sutton Housing Partnership frameworks

Lakehouse is eagerly awaiting confirmation of contract award of two Sutton Housing Partnership frameworks:

  • Internal refurbishment

    • The framework is valued at approximately £5million per annum, and work is expected to commence in December 2010.

  • External refurbishment and redecoration works

    • Work will include roof renewal, flat and pitched, window replacement, brickwork repair and removal of encapsulation of asbestos soffits to properties in Sutton, Carshalton, Belmont, Wallington, Croydon, Morden, Worcester Park, Coulsdon and Beddington. The framework is valued at approximately £4.6million per annum.

    Both frameworks are expected to run for five years, with an option to extend for a further two years.
