Lakehouse has received confirmation from the London Borough of Southwark of the award of a £928K project to construct a new sports pavilion at Belair Park, west Dulwich. Work on the pavilion, which will include a new community room and sports changing rooms, is expected to start in February. The 26 week contract will also include conversion of an existing small building for use as public toilets.

Lakehouse expects to invest around £260K in local community benefits, concentrating its efforts in four areas - supply chain procurement and materials supply; local labour and training initiatives; corporate social responsibility and sustainability; and aftercare.
