Lakehouse awarded £1.6million Decent Homes contract by Southwark Council

Lakehouse is delighted to announce the award of a £1.6million contract for the London Borough of Southwark. The Decent Homes and external refurbishment contract will transform homes on the Brenchley Gardens Estate, SE23. Work will include:
- Kitchen and bathroom upgrades
- Heating and electrical upgrades
- Window replacement
- Roof repairs and renewals
- External facade repairs
- Lighting upgrades
- Paving and road repairs
