Croydon Council awards £2.8M school amalgamation to Lakehouse

The London Borough of Croydon has awarded Lakehouse a £2.8M project to amalgamate Duppas and Waddon Schools, at Goodwin Road, South Croydon. The existing junior school will remain occupational throughout the contract, which will be undertaken in four phases in order to safeguard the children and minimise disruption.

Lakehouse features in the Sunday Times

Lakehouse found its way into the Sunday Times on 13 September. An article by Steve Hemsley, focusing on careers in construction and entitled  Solid Foundations, included the following piece on Lakehouse:

£1.65M CityWest Homes contract commences this month

This month marks the start of a £1.65M CityWest Homes project to replace and upgrade electrical installations at various social housing buildings in Church Street Village, Westminster. Lakehouse is aiming to complete the work within 36 weeks.
