Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust has appointed Lakehouse to refurbish Sycamore House and Danson Ward and create new bathroom/wet room facilities in Burgess, Crofton and Heath Wards.

Work will include the complete strip out of Sycamore Ward and remodelling of the internal space to provide 9 en suite bedrooms for medium secure patients, together with kitchen, living space and staff spaces. A two storey extension will provide the additional space required. Mechanical and electrical services will also be renewed.

Danson Ward will be remodelled to provide 17 bed spaces, common areas and new wet rooms. Works to Burgess, Crofton and Heath Wards are limited to the provision of new wet rooms.
