15 Jul 2009

Lakehouse has won the £8M project to demolish and rebuild St. Mary Magdalene Church of England Primary School, in Woolwich.

The Governors of St. Mary Magdalene and London Borough of Greenwich have appointed Lakehouse to undertake the work which will see the school relocated to temporary accommodation to enable the 2nd phase construction of new primary school and nursery. The 3rd phase will involve the reinstatement of the green site.

The existing site houses the Post 16 campus which will remain fully functional throughout the works. The 78 week project is expected to commence on site in August 2009.
