Lakehouse awarded £4M Planned Maintenance Framework for Broxbourne Housing Association

18 May 2009

Lakehouse has been awarded Broxbourne Housing Association's Planned Maintenance Framework. The framework is worth around £4M per annum for a period of two years, with an option to extend a further two years. The general building work is expected to include doors, kitchens, bathrooms and associated services.

These services are part of a high quality planned maintenance/estate regeneration programme to approximately 3,000 properties, primarily in Broxbourne but also in surrounding local areas such as Enfield and Hoddesdon.

Broxbourne Housing Association is the largest provider of social housing within the Borough of Broxbourne, having purchased properties formally owned by the local authority following a tenant ballot.

In order to achieve best value for residents particular attention will be given to a number of areas including resident satisfaction, value for money and quality service.
