Lakehouse is delighted to announce the award of its first BSF project and is set to transform Hatcham Grove Primary School, Lewisham. The exciting £4.5M project is part of Lewisham's BSF Programme and a massive win for Lakehouse.
Funding for this project is via Lewisham and Partnership for Schools through an LEP. The 60 week refurbishment and extension programme starts in May and will be phased to minimise disruption and allow the school to continue to function throughout the build.
Lakehouse is responsible for all aspects of design and build from RIBA stage E onwards, and will be working under the Partnerships for School Target Cost Design and Build Contract.
The provision of 21st century learning facilities at Hatcham Grove are seen as key to ensuring that Lewisham's commitment to raising educational standards can be achieved.
