Lakehouse is delighted to announce the appointment of Sam McCarthy as Senior Business Development Manager. Sam said: "I am delighted to join the Lakehouse team at this exciting stage of their evolution and keen to contribute to the company's success and help establish Lakehouse as a market leader in the Social Housing sector."

Sam has more than thirty years experience within Social Housing, both as a client and a contractor, previously working for the London Borough of Tower Hamlets and East Thames Housing Group before joining the Apollo Group.

Sam will primarily be responsible for the New Business Managers at Lakehouse, but will also be engaged in a range of activities including bid management, development of the company's new business strategy and implementation of business improvement initiatives.
