Russet Homes tenant gives Lakehouse the thumbs up

A delighted resident became the 200th Russet Homes tenant in mid Kent to benefit from a new, improved kitchen since Lakehouse was appointed to undertake its £15M kitchen and bathroom improvement scheme.

Mr Hood, of Pine Ridge, Tonbridge, has plenty to celebrate: "My kitchen was the 200th to be completed in our area and it's created a lot of attention; I've even featured in Lakehouse's newsletter. The workmen have totally transformed my kitchen, it's well organised, clean and bright and they kept me fully informed at all times so that I knew exactly what to expect and when."

Lakehouse bang on target for £80M year!

At the beginning of this financial year, the Board set Lakehouse a  challenge to achieve £80M turnover in 2008/09 - a 60% increase on our £50M sales achieved in 2007/08. Despite the current climate, we are delighted to announce that Lakehouse is already well on its way to achieving its goal, with a current sales pipeline of £48.3M - a massive 60% of our target going into the first month of our new financial year.

These are exciting times for Lakehouse; we are making ourselves known as a big player and are very optimistic about the future.
