Camden Framework awarded to Lakehouse

Lakehouse has won the London Borough of Camden's four year Framework for Cyclical Redecorations and Repairs, worth around £7.5M per year.

South West regional office wins first framework in its first year

Lakehouse opened its South West regional office, based in Dorset, in 2006 with Dan Cosgrove, General Manager, at the healm. Just one year later and Lakehouse has secured a three year framework with Portsmouth City Council. The business continues to thrive with the return of Gayle Gover, Business Development Manager. Gayle left the company four years ago to pursue other ambitions and has returned to a warm welcome; she will be responsible for developing business in our regional offices.

Lakehouse forms new Land & Development Division

Lakehouse announces the formation of its Land & Development Division. The team will be responsible for obtaining land and creating development deals for Lakehouse as well as working in conjunction with various housing associations on joint development opportunities.

Newham Homes Framework awarded to Lakehouse

Lakehouse is looking forward to working with Newham Homes on the recently awarded Internal Modernisation Framework, worth around £35M per year. Lakehouse was ranked the overall favourite for these works, against some fierce competition.
