I would like to thank you for the beautiful transforming of my kitchen and bathroom. I would also like to express my admiration to our Liaison Officer, Mr Yaseen Akhtar, who throughout the completion of the job was courteous, efficient, understanding and helpful.

Once again, thanks for the wonderful work and for appointing Mr Akhtar who was indeed the right person in the right place.

On behalf of everyone at Sutton Housing Partnership, I would like to thank the Lakehouse staff who helped out during a fire incident recently in one of the flats at Crownbourne Court in Sutton.

The Lakehouse team were extremely helpful in making sure that all residents were safely evacuated from the Sheltered Housing scheme and worked with the emergency services and SHP staff to keep customers calm and in a safe environment.

Please pass on our thanks and appreciation to the staff involved in the incident, and I hope they are settling in well at their new office base at Crownbourne Court.

I felt very honoured to partake in the opening of the Brenchley Gardens Community Centre. I thank you all for your hard work, on behalf of tenants and residents and also the TMO, without whose contribution there would be a far smaller and less useful building. It was good for me as a ward councillor to see money being put to such excellent use and so quickly.

The design and layout of the building means that it is suitable for a diverse range of activities for everyone in the local community to use.

I have recently had a new kitchen and bathroom fitted by Lakehouse, and I wanted to write and thank you.

The team who worked on my home were wonderful. They were polite and courteous at all times, and the skill of the workmen was extremely impressive. I was able to contact the Resident Liaison Officer Chris Stewart about any questions or concerns I had, and they did their upmost to accommodate any of my preferences into the design. They were genuinely a pleasure to work with.

Having workmen in your home at anytime is stressful and disturbing, however this team have made the process much less of an upheaval. Thanks to everyone involved and thanks again for a lovely new kitchen and bathroom.

As the project at Prospects draws to a close, I felt it only appropriate to write to thank you for all the effort you have put into managing a complex project with many strands of involvement from different services. I have really appreciated your availability and willingness to try to reach good solutions to problems that have arisen.

I would also like to take this opportunity to register my heartfelt appreciation of the site manager, Laurence. He made great efforts to understand the unusual purpose of the finished building and really put thought, time and energy into managing to achieve the best possible outcomes from what was available. He was unfailingly courteous and polite, and took the time to explain the whys and wherefors of changes that were suggested and how problems were to be addressed.

As an ‘outsider’ it also seemed that he ran a good ship – all the staff on site were always polite and helpful and there was a positive atmosphere on site even during some very cold and wet problem times. I have found working with each of you a pleasure, and would appreciate you passing on my thanks to Laurence. 

I write to advise how impressed I have been with Lakehouse’s approach to the Walthamstow Fire Station project as a whole to date.

I continue to be reassured with the proactive attitude that your entire Delivery Team have shown to get the build to the stage it is currently at. Their assistance in coordination and assisting in resolution of problems both on site and from your offices, has contributed greatly to the current progress made to date.

I have personally enjoyed working with the team who are a real credit to Lakehouse as a whole and feel it only appropriate to ensure that that they are aware of our appreciation, and thank them for their continued commitment and very much look forward to a successful completed project.

Lakehouse has recently completed the replacement of a large worn out felt roof at the Eastgate Shopping Centre in Basildon.

This work was completed during one of the worst winters on record, causing Lakehouse at times very difficult working conditions – but they took this in their stride and completed the contract on time.

The work has been completed to a high standard, with minimal disruption to the trading shopping centre beneath, and at all times they have been highly communicative and proactive in their management of works.

Terry Lake led this project in a thoroughly professional way and whenever the inevitable problems arose he dealt with them or suggested solutions for client decision.

I would definitely recommend Lakehouse for similar works and I’m sure we will be using them again in the future.

My comments regarding Lakehouse and in particular Shane and Mark and everyone in Shane’s team, are that they have been polite, and always hard working, with such commitment to the job. They have been extremely understanding of us wanting to come along on quite a regular basis to see the building coming together, and have always made it safe for us to do so, and giving us time and space to look around, whilst also making sure we are ok.

I think the company have done an amazing job on the building and I would like to thank Shane and his team for making it everything and more that we dreamed of.  Young children and their parents and carers will have a fantastic time in the building and we are really looking forward to using the building to its full potential. Many thanks again, you have done a great job throughout the project.

Everybody who has worked at my property has been polite, hard working, trustworthy, and all in all a credit to the Lakehouse company.

In addition to acknowledging their fantastic work, I would also like to personally thank Faye Lake who put up with my many phone calls before the works began and also our Resident Liaison Officer, Yas Akhtar, for the excellent job he has done. Without Yas being around to answer questions/queries and sort out various problems, I am sure I would have had a nervous breakdown.

He has done his upmost to ensure that the works undertaken over the last month have proceeded smoothly – amazingly, he has always done this with a smile on his face. Nothing has ever been too much trouble for him.

Thank you so much for my lovely new kitchen and bathroom, it will make a very big difference to mine and my 2 year old daughter’s life.

I am sure you are aware by now that the building was handed over yesterday to the authority.

The handover went really well, as client and stakeholders were extremely happy with the quality of the final product.

Over the last couple of weeks they have all put in an enormous amount of effort and a lot of hours to get the project over the line, and mucked in with whatever was needed to do so. Well done to everyone again.

Can I thank you for restoring our Centre and for giving it back to us better than before.

A special thanks goes out to Peter, who got us to the finish line; to Mike whose common sense approach and customer focus got the work done, and to Mark who taught me everything I didn't want to know about M&E and flow pipe labelling! Of course you all did a fantastic job and hit every mad target we set you.

As you know the Council is really proud of The Eltham Centre and it was a big shock to almost lose it. Now it's back, I'm pleased that you and your teams are part of fabric of the new Eltham Centre.

We spoke a few times earlier in the year regarding the work being done to the flats at Springclose Lane, and you kindly arranged for the work to be done at my flat before I had my baby.

Well I just wanted to say how pleased I am with my new bathroom and boiler. It's been fitted really well and looks lovely. The staff at Lakehouse were brilliant, and Lindsay kept me updated at all times. I did have reservations about having the work done, especially as I was due to be induced halfway through! However the workmen were great - my husband had a week off work when we brought the baby home and we hardly knew they were here working away; they also cleaned up after themselves every night which made living here whilst the work was being done much easier. Thank you.

This was a complex project posing many issues such as health and safety, out of hours working in a residential area and confined to a strict timescale. I, along with the other members of the Asset Management Team, am extremely impressed that Lakehouse managed to handover 100% of the internal areas of the school, instead of the 75% programmed. Consequently, this significantly reduced the disruption to the school, which the Head Teacher has expressed his appreciation to both Education Services and myself.

Progress on site has been good and the project is half way through the programme with Lakehouse having managed a complicated off site decant and works on a confined London site. I have found Lakehouse and their personnel to be professional and pro-active in their approach to this project.

Lakehouse have demonstrated their ability to manage the contract co-ordinating with all stakeholders, furthermore bringing together an established local supply chain to enable progress whilst at all times maintaining quality, and health and safety provision and awareness. 

I look forward to a continued working relationship with Lakehouse with the aim of bringing the project to a successful conclusion to provide much needed primary school places in the locality.  

I want to say a huge thank you to the core team who have made CEREB come to life. Four years ago this was just an idea, and now it's a real entity. I can't quite believe the journey.

Throughout the project you have all shown so much commitment to delivering this amazing facility. And it truly is amazing. The effort has been immense, and the team working truly excellent. I have learned so much throughout this whole project, and finally realise just how essential every part in the process is if we are to achieve outstanding results.

I really just want to re-iterate my sincere gratitude to you all. I am in your debt.

I am writing to thank Lakehouse for taking part in BCHA's Big Birthday Appeal. I am delighted to let you know that £2,726 was raised - a fantastic achievement and great news for the many homeless and vulnerable people we help. On behalf of everyone at BCHA, thank you for your support.

On behalf of the British Schools Exploring Society and My Generation I send you our warmest thanks for all the help and support offered by Lakehouse for the abseil down Trellick Tower. We couldn't have done it without Lakehouse!

Your staff have been enormously helpful with the arrangements; nothing has been too much trouble and some even completed the abseil and raised sponsorship for us! They are great ambassadors for your company and you should be justly proud of them. It was a pleasure to work with them all.

I would like to express my thanks to all those involved in the ablutions refurbishment projects at Arborfield Garrison. This was a demanding package of works against a fixed timeline, with the requirement to hand over each phase to the client's rigid deadline in order not to affect troop training or block leave periods.

Not only were the three linked projects delivered on time, there were a further nine projects running on these ablutions, each of which had the potential to delay or derail the main project. I am delighted to report that you and your sub contractors took this in your stride and everyone played their part to deliver something we should all be proud of. It would be a pleasure to work with Lakehouse in the future.

The school has spoken very positively about Lakehouse working without causing them any trouble - "we hardly knew they were there" was one comment passed back to me. That's particularly valuable at schools where disruption is not just an irritation but a setback in young people's education. Thanks again for all your efforts.

I am so thrilled with my kitchen and bathroom/wc, everybody has been so kind and helpful. Rebekah always had a smile and made me feel safe and confident in all the works. I was selected by my fellow residents to represent them at site meetings during the recent works installing the green roof at Webheath.

They have asked me to convey their thanks to all concerned for the final result, the friendliness and consideration of the workmen, and in particular the personal attention to detail.
