History
Lakehouse was founded in 1988 by Chief Executive Steve Rawlings. With headquarters in Romford, Essex, and regional offices in Camden, Richmond, Salisbury and Kent, Lakehouse provides a total building service throughout London and the South of England.
The company has grown significantly since its inception and with a workforce of around 300 staff, turnover for 2009/10 is expected to be circa £105M.
The majority of our work falls within four core markets - social housing, education, health, and public buildings, including community centres and town halls. Our service offering covers development, new build, regeneration and refurbishment, and repairs and maintenance. It is our aim to create better environments for people to live, work and learn.
Our motivation is in the provision of outstanding customer satisfaction, knowing that satisfied customers will return to us time and time again.
